Our Facility
WHERE ART, EDUCATION, & COMMUNITY COME TOGETHER
Studio B Performing Arts is proud to call The Center at 2400 FM 407 in Highland Village, Texas, our home.

Sometimes referred to as 2400 FM 407 @ 1 Nelson Parkway or simply 1 Nelson Parkway, our location
is easily accessible near the intersection of FM 407 and Morriss Road/Highland Forest, just behind
Just Brakes and the Hidden Pines Wedding Chapel.
Our facility encompasses approximately 4,540 square feet, thoughtfully designed to support both performance and education. Within this space, you’ll find our black box–style theater with seating for up to 100 guests, an inviting lobby and box office, a fully equipped backstage area with the Actor’s Green Room, as well as our administrative offices and technical booth.

The theater itself is a flexible space, with a stage that adapts to each production, creating an intimate experience where audiences feel connected to the performers.

Beyond the stage, Studio B is also home to a spacious room with wall-to-wall mirrors, ideal for theater classes and large group meetings. This versatile environment allows us to offer a wide range of productions, workshops, and classes while fostering a creative community where performers of all ages can learn, grow, and shine.
The Green Room is a dedicated space for cast and crew to prepare, relax, and connect before and after performances. Outfitted with comfortable seating and storage for costumes and props, it’s a behind-the-scenes hub of creativity and camaraderie. Actors gather here to review lines, get into character, and share the excitement of live performance.

More than just a waiting area, the Green Room is where friendships are formed and the spirit of Studio B’s community truly shines.

Our welcoming lobby is the first stop for guests as they enter Studio B. With a box office for convenient ticket pickup, comfortable seating, and an inviting atmosphere, it sets the stage for an enjoyable theater experience. The lobby also serves as a hub for community connection, featuring information about upcoming productions, classes, and local events.
Whether you’re here for a show, a rehearsal, or a meeting, the lobby is designed to make every visitor feel at home.
