Refund & Cancellation Policy CLEAR GUIDELINES FOR TICKET EXCHANGES & PURCHASES At Studio B Performing Arts, we strive to provide the best possible theater experience for our community. Please note that all ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations. If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, you may request a ticket exchange for another seat or date of the same production, subject to availability. All exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance and require a $2 exchange fee per ticket. Our ticketing system is managed through TicketsToTheCity.com. This provider does not issue refunds or exchanges of tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellations or postponements, seat locations, performance quality, or lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to assume all risks incidental to the event and to look solely to the event sponsor (Studio B) for any exchange options. The Addams Family - A New Musical Comedy JOIN THE CREEPY KOOKY, AND HILARIOUSLY HEARTFELT ADDAMS FAMILY ON STAGE! A Comical Feast That Celebrates the Wackiness in Every Family! They’re creepy and they’re kooky—mysterious and spooky—and they’re taking over the Studio B stage this fall! The Addams Family musical brings everyone’s favorite macabre family to life in a delightfully twisted story about love, loyalty, and the chaos that comes when worlds collide. Wednesday Addams, the princess of darkness, has fallen for a sweet, smart young man from a “normal” family. But when the Addamses host a dinner to meet the boyfriend’s parents, secrets are revealed, tempers flare, and hilarity ensues. This audition-based community production is open to actors ages 12 and up. Auditions will be held Saturday, August 1st, and will include cold readings from the script in small groups and 16 bars of a musical theatre song. Please bring your recorded accompaniment track, resume, audition form, headshot, and signed Studio B waiver. Rehearsals will take place Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30–9:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, beginning Tuesday, August 18th, and running through Thursday, September 24th. Performances will be held September 25–27 and October 2–4, with Friday and Saturday shows at 7:30 PM and Sunday matinees at 2:30 PM. A $25 script fee will apply to all cast members. We ask that you take noisy children and infants out of the theater immediately for the comfort of other audience members. Studio B asks that you check in at the box office before the performance. Unclaimed tickets may be sold to waiting patrons ten minutes before the show begins without an offer to refund your tickets. Late comers will be seated at the discretion of the box office staff or during intermission. If you arrive late, you are not guaranteed a seat. No photography or videotaping allowed during performances. All electronic devices including phones should be kept off during performances. For ages 9–15, Studio B’s Drama Club builds community through workshops, service projects, and group outings for students passionate about theater. Drama Club A CREATIVE COMMUNITY FOR YOUNG PERFORMERS WHO WANT TO GO BEYOND THE STAGE. The Studio B Drama Club: Designed for students ages 9–15 who have participated in at least two productions or classes with us in the past 2 years and are eager to deepen their involvement in the arts. This club provides a unique opportunity to build community with fellow theater enthusiasts while exploring new aspects of performance and production. Members take part in specialized workshops led by guest instructors, covering areas such as costume design, character development, improvisation, scenic painting, and more. Beyond skill-building, the club emphasizes service and engagement—recent projects have included supporting local organizations like Lovepacs and creating promotional videos for North Texas Giving Day Members also enjoy attending Studio B productions together (when they aren’t on stage themselves) and experiencing local professional performances, such as their group trip to see The Lion King. The Drama Club is perfect for young performers who simply can’t get enough of theater and want to connect, learn, and grow both on and off the stage. Past activities have included character development, improvisation, stage makeup, dance, and vocal performance, as well as technical skills such as scenic painting, lighting programming, costuming, and prop making. Explore Studio B’s spacious facility, featuring a 100-seat theater, dance studio, green room, and lobby—designed for performance, learning, and community. Our Facility WHERE ART, EDUCATION, & COMMUNITY COME TOGETHER Studio B Performing Arts is proud to call The Center at 2400 FM 407 in Highland Village, Texas, our home. Sometimes referred to as 2400 FM 407 @ 1 Nelson Parkway or simply 1 Nelson Parkway, our location is easily accessible near the intersection of FM 407 and Morriss Road/Highland Forest, just behind Just Brakes and the Hidden Pines Wedding Chapel. Our facility encompasses approximately 4,540 square feet, thoughtfully designed to support both performance and education. Within this space, you’ll find our black box–style theater with seating for up to 100 guests, an inviting lobby and box office, a fully equipped backstage area with the Actor’s Green Room, as well as our administrative offices and technical booth. The theater itself is a flexible space, with a stage that adapts to each production, creating an intimate experience where audiences feel connected to the performers. Beyond the stage, Studio B is also home to a spacious room with wall-to-wall mirrors, ideal for theater classes and large group meetings. This versatile environment allows us to offer a wide range of productions, workshops, and classes while fostering a creative community where performers of all ages can learn, grow, and shine. The Green Room is a dedicated space for cast and crew to prepare, relax, and connect before and after performances. Outfitted with comfortable seating and storage for costumes and props, it’s a behind-the-scenes hub of creativity and camaraderie. Actors gather here to review lines, get into character, and share the excitement of live performance. More than just a waiting area, the Green Room is where friendships are formed and the spirit of Studio B’s community truly shines. Based on the hit Disney Channel films, this high-energy production follows the children of famous Disney villains, as they navigate the challenges of living in Auradon and deciding whether to follow in their parents’ footsteps or choose their own path. Packed with dynamic songs, exciting choreography, and colorful characters, this show is a perfect opportunity for young performers to shine on stage and for audiences to experience a story about friendship, identity, and the power of choice. This 6-week youth workshop for students ages 8–16, provides an engaging rehearsal process that helps participants grow as actors, singers, and dancers while building confidence and teamwork skills. Each child who enrolls in the class will learn an audition song and dance during the Tuesday, January 13th, rehearsal. Auditions will be held during the Wednesday, January 14th, rehearsal and every student will be cast in a role in the show. Rehearsals begin January 13 and run through February 19 on Tuesdays–Thursdays from 6:00–8:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM. Performances will take place February 20 – March 1 , with evening shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM and matinees on Sundays at 2:30 PM. DIRECTOR The Director is responsible for the artistic vision, leadership, and overall execution of a Studio B production, workshop, or camp.
